Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Provider
We use PostNL’s LetterBox Parcel with Track & Trace for all shipments to ensure your package is delivered securely and can be tracked at every step.

Shipping Regions
We currently only ship to Europe and to countries that support Track & Trace service via PostNL. Our organization cannot fulfill orders outside Europe.

Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and are in accordance with PostNL’s estimated delivery schedules. You can track your package via the PostNL website once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs

We have a policy of shipping costs contribution and harmonization and we charge the following shipping cost to all the European Countries.

• Orders under €75 → €3,95
• Orders of €75 or more → Free shipping

Customs & Import Duties

Please note that for orders shipped outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, UK, Norway, etc.), import taxes, VAT, and/or customs fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are set by your country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer.

We ship from the Netherlands using Delivered at Place (DAP) terms, which means you may be contacted by your local postal service or courier to pay any applicable fees before receiving your parcel.

We are not responsible for any customs delays, import duties, or additional charges (douane) incurred during international shipping. Please consult your local customs office if you’re unsure.
